In order to better protect the copyright of original crypto artworks, the CROSS platform has displayed the “Disclaimer”, “Usage Agreement”, “User Regulations” and other terms in a more noticeable way. Once users use the CROSS platform service, they are deemed to have voluntarily accepted the website regulations. The ownership of and the right to use NFT works are borne by the users themselves, and CROSS does not bear any related responsibilities. However, if users give feedback on NFT works with copyright disputes, the platform will cooperate with the verification and evaluation, and issue more measures to protect the rights of copyright owners accordingly.
Meanwhile, CROSS has adjusted and upgraded the platform’s smart contract. Users who initiate NFT auctions will receive 2HT as a fund for the CROSS Artist Support Program, so as to increase issuance threshold, and further improve NFT issuance environment.
