CROSS formal version is launched today, fully supporting CVT payment
As the world’s first decentralized NFT issuance & auction platform, CROSS is also the platform with the most diverse types of NFTs in the industry. NFTs include crypto artworks, data tokens, AI training models, and data financial derivatives. Since the launch of the BETA version on the Huobi ECO Chain Heco in January, it has attracted wide attention from NFT projects and users. Through the complementary resources of partners and the strong support from its own community, CROSS has created more than 250,000 addresses connected. The number of auctions in a single day is tens of thousands, and the transaction volume of a single event reaches RMB one million.
CROSS completed the product improvement and upgrade in only 3 months with the formal version being launched on April 14. Smart contract, user center, UI interface, background management system and other sections have been upgraded. Users can now go to cycross.io to browse the official website, and mobile users can search and use CROSS through the DApp portal of Huobi Wallet, Bitkeep and other wallets.
The following is an introduction to the functions and interface of the formal version of CROSS. The process of issuing and auctioning NFTs is the same as that of the Beta version:
1. Fully launch CVT payment
As the main circulation medium of CROSS, CVT has completed the rapid migration and cross-chain deployment among the three chains of Ethereum chain (ETH), Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and Huobi ECO Chain Heco.
With immediate effect, CROSS users can transfer CVT from the ETH chain to the Heco chain through the one-click cross-chain tool Poly Bridge for NFT issuance and trading.

2. Auction process optimized by smart contracts
CROSS adopts three auction methods: blind auction, open auction, and fixed-price, to enrich the auction model of the NFT market and make NFT auctions diversified, enriched and interesting.
Regarding blind auctions: All bidders submit sealed bids at the same time, no one knows the bids of others, and the highest bidder within the specified time is awarded.
Regarding open auction: Within a specified period of time, the NFTs to be auctioned are displayed to the buyer, and the auction is open for bidding before the auctioneer sells the NFT to the buyer with the highest bid.
Regarding fixed-price: The seller sets the NFT price in advance, and the buyer can directly bid to buy.
At the same time, users can also like and collect favourite NFTs, and report NFTs of disputes and violations.
3. Refined management of the back-end system
The formal version of CROSS has carried out a new optimization and upgrade to the management system, according to user habits, refined management of data, NFT, users, auctions, and homepages, which not only adheres to CROSS’s ideal “Everyone is NFT creator and collector” but also lowers the threshold for ordinary users to participate in NFT auctions. The platform adds clear and intuitive annotations to the “guidance and instructions” for multiple operations, making it easier for new and old users to get started.
In addition, CROSS adopts a more flexible and convenient off-chain storage metadata storage solution. It uses the Token URI method in the ERC-721 standard to accurately tell the application where the user metadata is located, and uses the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) to store metadata offline.
4. Add social attributes to the user center
The user center of the formal version of CROSS is located at the upper right of the page, and a personalized design with social attributes is added to the user center page. You can collect, like, and follow the favourite NFTs, and you can also change your nickname and add individual media platform link.
5. UI interface and interactive upgrade
The formal version of CROSS adds content, collection recommendations, and transaction type screening on the main page. In the NFT section, an “artist” area and a “game” area have been added, allowing users to accurately search according to their needs. In the auction category, you can filter and search for “blind auction”, “open auction”, and “fixed-price”, which is more simple and free in operation.
A quick overview of the latest developments of CROSS
Currently, CROSS has embarked on the top-level design and development of NFT lending services and NFT customized avatar gameplay, aiming to solve the problem of NFT circulation, while retaining the artistic charm of NFT, maximize the financial attributes of NFT and realize the upgrade of value capitalization.
CROSS will officially launch Phase 4 of Mystery Box at 10:00 (UTC+8) on April 16. The number of NFTs will be 9, and 2 of the mystery boxes will contain Heco-CVT prizes equivalent to 0.1 BTC and 0.5 BTC respectively with a winning rate of 22%. Users can use Heco-CVT to bid, and the NFTs won will be the first batch of NFTs available for lending on CROSS.
CROSS will be launched on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) on April 19 when users can use BSC-CVT for NFT issuance & trading.
The upgrade and improvement of the formal version of CROSS is an innovative attempt by the project to build its own platform and the direction of future NFTs, opening up an innovative application model of asset circulation and value-added. CROSS will launch more mainstream public chain operations in the second and third quarters of this year, deriving more “DeFi + NFT” products with actual value and circulation value and forming its own endowment effect and moat, aiming for the new NFT boom.
