Announcement on the CROSS formal version and the delay of Phase 4 of Mystery Box
Dear CROSS users:
In order to ensure the stable operation of the platform and the quality of service, the CyberVein Foundation and the CROSS team have decided to maintain and upgrade the CROSS platform (official website: cycross.io) from April 8 to April 14, 2021. The technical team will review CROSS based on smart contracts, personal center, UI interface, back-end management system and other functions which will be tested and iterated. The formal version of CROSS will be launched with more flexible auction methods and pricing methods, and support more tokens on Heco.
During this period, CROSS will screen, maintain and review the previous service process and data of the platform, and submit the source code to SlowMist Technology for security audit. The formal version of CROSS will no longer display the NFTs that were issued and auctioned. For this reason, we will migrate the existing Beta version of the CROSS platform to beta.cycross.io. If you have not withdrawn successfully auctioned NFTs and unsuccessful bids, please go to CROSS “User Center” to retrieve them before April 14 to ensure the normal use of the services in the future. In addition, Phase 4 of Mystery Box scheduled to be held on April 9 will be postponed to 10:00 (UTC+8) on April 16, and the ultimate prize will be adjusted to tokens worth 0.6 BTC.
The formal version of CROSS will be launched around April 14, and will be launched on the Binance Smart Chain on April 19. Please pay attention to the announcements from our major self-media platforms. We will release new features and new page introductions before the public beta. In the future, CROSS will continue to be launched on more mainstream public chains with more practical value and circulation value of “DeFi + NFT” products.

Important information: Users who participated in the NFT auctions before and have yet retrieved the NFTs and the bids for NFTs need to go to the CROSS “User Center”.
Step 1: Log in to cycross.io and enter “User Center” at the bottom of the page;
Step 2: Click “Auction” to check if there are NFTs or HTs that have not been retrieved. If not, click the NFT and then “withdraw”;
Step 3: The NFTs obtained from the successful auctions will appear in the “Collection” column, and the bids that need to be retrieved for the failed auctions will be returned to the users’ wallets linked to CROSS.
